External actions (an email sent, a CRM record written, credits spent on execution) wait for your approval, and once you approve a workflow it can run on its own inside guardrails you set.

Coco is a common product name. This Coco is the GTM co-worker at joinco.co, which is why we also go by joinco. It is a separate company from other products called Coco or CoCo, such as Snowflake's CoCo coding agent or Coco Robotics.
