Coco + HeyReach
HeyReach runs LinkedIn outreach across many sender accounts. Coco is an AI co-worker for GTM teams, and the HeyReach connection gives it a read on everything those campaigns produce: campaign status, per-campaign and workspace stats, lead records, lists, sender accounts and the conversations in your HeyReach inbox. Coco can also make four changes inside HeyReach (create a lead list, add leads to a campaign, pause a campaign, resume a campaign), and every one of them waits for your approval before it runs.

What Coco does with HeyReach today
The connection is built for the work that surrounds a LinkedIn campaign rather than the campaign itself. HeyReach keeps doing what it is good at (rotating sender accounts and running sequence steps). Coco handles the questions a person usually answers by clicking through campaigns one at a time.
Read campaigns and their results. Coco lists your campaigns, with filters, and reads any single campaign. It pulls the workspace's overall stats and per-campaign numbers: connection requests sent, connections accepted, messages sent and message replies. Ask "which campaign has the best accept rate, and which one gets the fewest replies?" and Coco answers from HeyReach's own figures.
Watch the inbox. Coco reads your HeyReach conversations, with filters, and can point out the replies that look like they need a person. If your CRM and email are connected too, it can propose the follow-up there (a CRM note, a task, an email draft), each with your approval. The reply on LinkedIn stays yours, because the HeyReach connection has no send action. See automate follow-ups →.
Look up leads and lists. Coco reads a single lead record and lists the audience lists in your workspace, so a lead's HeyReach context can feed into account research.
See your sender accounts and their networks. Coco lists the LinkedIn accounts connected to HeyReach and can read a chosen sender's first-degree network. Useful before a campaign: "which of our senders is already connected to people at these ten accounts?"
Enroll approved leads (approval-gated). When Coco has researched people worth contacting, it can add them to one of your existing HeyReach campaigns. It can also create a new, empty list in HeyReach. These are separate actions, and each one waits for your approval. Adding leads to a campaign can affect live outreach from your sender accounts, so it never happens without a yes.
Pause or resume a campaign (approval-gated). If replies show a problem (wrong segment, a message that is landing badly, an account you should not be contacting), Coco can propose pausing the campaign. Resuming it is gated the same way.
How to connect HeyReach
HeyReach connects with an API key.
- In HeyReach, create an API key in your workspace's integration settings.
- In Coco, open the integrations page and pick HeyReach.
- Paste the key. Coco checks that HeyReach accepts it before anything is saved, so a mistyped or revoked key fails right away instead of breaking a workflow later.
- The key is stored encrypted and scoped to your Coco account. Disconnect it from the same page at any time.
Your first useful run is usually a read: ask for a summary of last week's campaigns, or for the replies that need an answer today.
Approval gates by action
Reads run without asking. Every action that changes something in HeyReach is on the gated list.
| Action | Gate |
|---|---|
| Check the API key | None (read) |
| List campaigns, read a campaign | None (read) |
| Read workspace and campaign stats | None (read) |
| Read a lead, list your lead lists | None (read) |
| Read conversations | None (read) |
| List sender accounts, read a sender's network | None (read) |
| Create an empty lead list | Approval required |
| Add leads to a campaign | Approval required; can affect live outreach |
| Pause a campaign | Approval required |
| Resume a campaign | Approval required |
Coco has no action for sending a LinkedIn message, deleting leads or editing a campaign's sequence through HeyReach. Those stay in HeyReach, in your hands. See how approval works → and the security model →.
Workflows that use HeyReach
- LinkedIn outreach →. Coco researches the accounts, picks the people, explains why each one fits, and adds the leads you approve to your HeyReach campaign.
- Automate follow-ups →. Coco reads the HeyReach inbox and proposes the CRM notes, tasks and email drafts that replies call for, instead of letting them sit unread.
- Campaign reporting. Connection requests, accepts, messages and replies per campaign and across the workspace, in one summary.
- Campaign hygiene. When a campaign's numbers or replies point to a problem, Coco can propose a pause for you to approve.
If your team runs LinkedIn outreach without HeyReach, see the LinkedIn integration →. For the SDR view of this work, see Coco for SDRs →.
Coco and HeyReach's own automation
HeyReach automates the sending side of LinkedIn outreach: sender rotation, sequence steps, a unified inbox. Coco does not compete with that. It works on the parts that sit outside a sequence: deciding who belongs in a campaign, noticing which replies matter, and carrying a conversation into your CRM, calendar and email once it turns into a real opportunity. Teams that already run HeyReach keep their campaigns exactly where they are.
