Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms govern your use of joinco.co, including the blog and the beta application form (the "site"). The site is operated by Coco Coworking AI, Inc. ("Coco", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation based in the United States. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site and the Coco product

The site describes Coco, an AI co-worker for go-to-market teams, which is in private beta. Features, plans, prices and availability described on the site may change, and some are described before they are available to everyone.

Applying for the beta doesn't guarantee access. We review applications and decide who to invite. If you are approved and sign up at app.joinco.co, your use of the product is governed by the terms you accept when you sign up, not by these site terms. Prices on the site are for information; the price that applies to you is the one shown when you sign up or agree a plan with us.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about Coco, read our content, and apply for the beta. Please don't:

  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, or access parts of it you aren't meant to;
  • send spam, malware or false information through the form;
  • apply on behalf of someone else without their permission.

Crawling and indexing the site for search and answer engines is welcome, within the rules in our robots.txt.

What you send us

When you apply or write to us, the information you give must be accurate and yours to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

If you send us ideas or feedback about Coco, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Our content and trademarks

The text, design, graphics and the Coco name and logo on the site belong to Coco or our licensors. You may read, share links to, and quote short passages of our content with credit to Coco and a link to the page. Please don't copy substantial parts of the site, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Other companies' names and logos on the site belong to their owners. We use them only to identify their products, for example on our integration and comparison pages. Their use doesn't mean those companies endorse Coco or are affiliated with us.

Comparisons and other information

Our comparison pages, guides and blog posts reflect our research and opinions at the date shown on each page. Products change, so information about other companies' products may be out of date; check their own sites before you decide. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or professional advice.

The site links to sites and services we don't control, such as the tools Coco works with. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied, including that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Coco will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to 100 US dollars.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions or limits, so they apply to you only as far as your local law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Coco agree to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your country gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
