Coco + Lemlist
Lemlist runs cold email campaigns and multichannel sequences. Coco is an AI co-worker for GTM teams, and the Lemlist connection lets it read those campaigns (campaign details, performance stats for a date range, the leads already in each campaign, and your unsubscribes) and make four changes: add a lead to a campaign, update a campaign's settings, start or resume a campaign, and pause one. Every change waits for your approval before it runs.

What Coco does with Lemlist today
Read campaigns and stats. Coco lists your campaigns, reads any single campaign, and pulls a campaign's performance stats for the dates you ask about. "How did last week's founder campaign do compared to the one before it?" gets an answer from Lemlist's own numbers.
Check who is already in a campaign. Coco lists the leads already in a campaign, so before it proposes adding someone it can check whether they are in that campaign already.
Check unsubscribes. Coco reads your Lemlist unsubscribes, so it can check proposed leads against them before asking you to approve. It cannot add to or remove from that list; suppression stays under your control in Lemlist.
Add researched leads to a campaign (approval-gated). After Coco researches an account and the right people in it, it can add each lead to your Lemlist campaign with the email address and the personalization fields your template uses (an opening line, a reason for reaching out, a relevant detail from the research). Each lead waits for your approval before it is added. See draft cold outreach →.
Start, pause or resume a campaign (approval-gated). Starting or resuming a campaign begins real email delivery, so Coco only proposes it. Pausing is gated too: if a campaign's stats point to a problem, Coco can propose a pause, and the campaign keeps running until you approve it.
Adjust campaign settings (approval-gated). Coco can propose a change to a campaign's settings, and the change waits for your approval.
How to connect Lemlist
Lemlist connects with an API key.
- In Lemlist, copy your API key from your account's integration settings.
- In Coco, open the integrations page and pick Lemlist.
- Paste the key. Coco checks that Lemlist accepts it before anything is saved, so a mistyped or revoked key fails right away.
- The key is stored encrypted and scoped to your Coco account. Disconnect it from the same page at any time.
A good first run is a read: ask for last month's campaign stats side by side, or for the leads currently in one campaign.

Workflows that use Lemlist
- Draft cold outreach →. Coco researches the account and writes the personalization fields; the approved leads go into your Lemlist campaign.
- Enrich contacts →. Coco fills in the details a lead needs before it goes into a campaign, so the template's variables are never empty.
- Campaign reporting. Stats per campaign over the dates you choose, compared side by side.
- One-to-one follow-up. For a lead who needs a personal email instead of the next sequence step, Coco drafts it in Gmail → for you to review.

Coco and Lemlist's own AI features
Lemlist has its own AI features for writing and running campaigns inside Lemlist. Coco does not replace them. It covers the work outside the sequence: researching who belongs in a campaign, checking leads against the campaign and your unsubscribes before they are added, and reporting on how campaigns perform.
